About these terms

This site is published by the company named at the end of this document. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Enquiries are not orders

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Prices are not published here, and adding products to an enquiry does not place an order, reserve stock or create a contract.

An enquiry is a request for us to come back to you. A binding supply contract only exists once we have issued a written quotation or order confirmation and you have accepted it. The terms of that document govern the supply, and they take precedence over anything on this site.

Technical information and datasheets

We take care over the specifications published here, but they are indicative and provided for general guidance. Product performance figures — lumen output, colour rendering, beam angle, ingress protection, driver and lifetime data — depend on the exact configuration supplied, and manufacturers revise them.

• Specifications may change without notice as products are improved or superseded.
• Photometric data shown on this site is indicative. Do not use it as the basis of a lighting calculation without confirming it with us first.
• A datasheet downloaded from this site is a snapshot of the published record on the day you downloaded it. For a project, always work from the datasheet issued against your specific quotation.
• Nothing here is a representation that a product is fit for a particular installation. Suitability depends on the application, and we are happy to advise on it — but that advice has to be given for the project, not read off a web page.

Product imagery and project visuals

Product images are studio renders. Finishes, colour temperature and scale can appear differently on screen than in the installed product; ask us for a physical sample where the finish matters.

Some scenes shown on this site are concept visuals rather than photographs of a completed installation. Where that is the case it is labelled on the image itself, and we do not present a concept visual as a completed project.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, photography, renders, datasheets and the LUXFLARE brand and product names — belongs to us or to our suppliers, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may download, print and circulate our datasheets for the purpose of specifying, tendering or purchasing our products. That is what they are for. You may not re-badge them, alter their contents, strip our identification from them, or reproduce site content for a competing commercial purpose without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please use the site as intended. Do not attempt to gain access to the administration area or to any part of the system you are not authorised to use, do not attempt to disrupt the service, and do not use automated tools to harvest content or to generate enquiries in bulk.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including individual products, without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this site — as distinct from a specification or quotation we have issued to you for a project, which we stand behind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version and its date always appear on this page, and the version that applies to you is the one published when you used the site.
